The doctors responded promptly, called quickly, discussed thoroughly and called in a script. But most of all what I enjoy about your service is that the physicians talk to you like a human, they are kind, supportive, and take their time. Unlike at times at in person appts you get the feeling you’re being rushed and they talk down to you. Love love love this service!

I could not be happier. We signed up after thinking about it for a while. No sooner than we got our kit and our strep tests than my kids got sick. I decided to swab for strep because my son had a sore throat and boom, it was positive. My daughter followed! So we timed it perfectly to avoid trips to urgent care, but this one visit along would have been $100 in copays for both kids. I've already raved about this to friends! I wish I could say "I can't wait to use it again" but that means someone isn't feeling well, and that's no fun. But I'm over the moon happy this is available and I can get what I need from home. I wish I had a service like this for myself! We have never had this great of an experience with our other virtual visit services.

I love how convenient this service is, it was Saturday mornings child complaining about his ear hurting, took out my otoscope did a visit & bam diagnosed with swimmers ear, ear drops sent to the pharmacy all before my morning coffee!!

Super grateful for the chat feature! I thought I was overthinking a bug bite my daughter had on her leg. But I figured I’ll just send the pic, ask, and get peace of mind that it’s nothing. Turns out that it was infected and she needed antibiotics. Dr was able to spot it right away and she had me initiate a visit to get everything taken care of. Even if it had been nothing the peace of mind and ease of being able to easily communicate with a Dr is amazing! Thank you Blueberry!
