Contest Rules

1. Prize provided by SparkMD Inc on our Instagram contest. Retail value of the prize between approximately $10-$400 (value may vary). The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by SparkMD Inc. Shipping, if applicable, will be paid for by SparkMD Inc. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at SparkMD Inc’s discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted.
2. To participate an entrant must follow the guidelines found on our Instagram Page, are 18 years of age or older, and are physically located in the location(s) specified in the instagram post as of the date of entry. All qualified entries will be deemed valid entries. Void where prohibited by law. The winner will be selected at random.
3. Employees of SparkMD Inc its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Campaign. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
4. No purchase is necessary to enter this contest. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
5. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of SparkMD as final and binding as it relates to the content of this contest.
6. Contest Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on Instagram from the date and time of posting until 11:59pm PT the following Friday. All online entries must be received by 11:59pm PT the following Friday to be eligible. The selected winners will be notified by the end of the business day that Monday via Instagram. The selected winners will have two business days to respond before alternate winners will be selected. The alternate winners will be notified in the same manner and will have the same amount of time to respond.
7. By participating, you grant permission to SparkMD to share and use your name and any content submitted within your entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation. Entrants are providing information to SparkMD Inc.
8. By participating, all entrants acknowledge and agree that they have entered the contest of their own free will, that the full rules and details of the contest have been made available to them in writing and they therefore understand and agree that neither SparkMD, nor their agents, affiliates, sponsors, representatives or employees have any liability with respect to any damages out of acceptance and use of a prize. By entering this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these rules.
