Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, simply email ([email protected]) or text (754-702-7256) our customer support line and include your account’s email. You’ll receive a response within 24 hours (usually much less). Our customer support will ask why you’re requesting a refund, but will not block your refund.

How does Blueberry process refunds?
We will refund the appropriate charges back to the card used to process the original payment. We are unable to provide a refund in any other manner.

When will the refund appear after I request one?
We will send you a receipt with confirmation of your refund once we have started the process. Refunds to your card typically occur within 2-4 business days.

What charges are eligible for refund?
Membership fees that are charged 30 days prior to a refund request, along with unused membership months, are eligible for refunds. Enrollment fees and kit fees are not eligible for refunds. If promotional items (like forehead thermometers) were provided, these devices may be deducted from your refundable amount (typically $15).

What happens if I’ve paid for an annual membership?
If you’ve paid for an annual membership, you are eligible to be refunded any unused months as well as the month prior to your request for a refund. However, any used months will be charged as if they were 1-month memberships. This is because the annual membership discount is provided under the assumption that a family would stay a member for the entire year. For example, if you requested a refund after 3 months, the first 2 months are not refundable, and your annual membership would be refunded the original amount minus the first 2 months ($18 x 2 months = $36), resulting in a refund of $108.

What happens to my Blueberry account after my refund?
Refunds are considered account cancellations - when issuing a refund, we will cancel your account immediately. You’ll still have access to any medical records and can download them to be shared with other medical professionals, but you will not be able to contact our pediatricians. If you decide to rejoin Blueberry, you will be charged a re-enrollment fee equal to the current enrollment fee, and will not be eligible for any promotions or discounts. Exceptions can be made for specific circumstances, and is up to the discretion of our customer support team.

How much does Blueberry cost?
Blueberry's membership costs $15 per month, plus a one-time enrollment fee of $100. The membership covers everything - no matter how much you use blueberry or how many childen you have, you'll never be charged additional fees.

However, for a limited time, the enrollment fee is only {{rate_enrollment_fee}} - don't let it expire!

Blueberry's membership is month-to-month; there are no monthly or annual commitments.

Does a membership cover only one child?
Your Blueberry membership covers all of the children in your household - you won't need to pay a membership fee for each child.

If I sign up for Blueberry but don't like it, can I get a refund?
Although we would be sorry we didn't meet your expectations, you can be refunded if you were unhappy with our service. You can contact [email protected] and they will work with you to get a refund.

Can I cancel my Blueberry membership?
While we would be sad to see you go, you can easily cancel your membership online at any time online via your account page. There are no complicated hoops to jump through or phone calls you have to make.

Can Blueberry Pediatricians prescribe medications like antibiotics?
Yes, when deemed medically necessary Blueberry Pediatricians are able to write prescriptions and send them to your pharmacy of choice.

If your child has a Medicaid-based health insurance plan, it will not cover the cost of prescriptions from our doctors (except for in the state of Florida). This is because Medicaid only covers prescriptions from "in-network" physicians.
